websolution4us will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

An advance deposit is required with any project and before any design work will be carried out. The same will be non refundable and websolution4us will not be liable for non execution of project for certain reasons not in control of websolution4us.
